Just got back from work and headed out after to meet my cousin, we had a curry and gambled like degenerates in the bookies. I can not drink, but I do love to gamble.
Anyway my day started at 6am at the gym..
- 12×3 wide grip barbell curls
- 12×3 close grip barbell curls
- 12×3 tricep extensions
- 12×3 bicep curls
- 5km cycle
Workout was a little quicker than usual because had to stop and get some food before work lol.
Tomorrow is chest day 😉.
Chilling now, just playing a cheap tournament online.
