Still no booze going strong.. 12 days.
Saturday got a little workout in ..
- Dumbbell lunges
- Kettlebell swings
- Dumbbell push-ups to extension
- Sit ups
- Medicine ball slams
Been eating ok, although my habits do get a little worse come the weekends, I’m going to work on this going into next weekend.
Today I chilled and played poker.
Made the final table where £1050 for first , 9th-10th got £50. Basically money back as was £45 to enter, I finished 10th. Better than nothing I suppose but not the big score was looking for.
