Easy day. 

So I wake up at 5:30am as always and get to the gym at 6am!

  

My workout today consisted of ..

  • 3×12 dumbbell chest press
  • 5×12 butterflys
  • 3×10 minute rounds(boxing bag)
  • 10x 1 minute rounds skipping.

The night was chilled, went to the cinama, eat a bit of shit, ice cream/popcorn etc!

Back on the grind tomorrow morning.
